Pranav is building CareGrid around the work patients and clinicians face throughout oncology care.
His background includes personal projects across AI reasoning, cybersecurity, voice AI and developer tooling. CareGrid began with his experience as a patient and the gaps he saw between consultations, records and follow-up.

Founding Director, Professor and Head of Radiation Oncology and the Palliative Care Unit at State Cancer Institute, Kurnool, Andhra Pradesh.
Dr Prakash has more than three decades of experience across radiation oncology and chemotherapy, with expertise in interstitial brachytherapy and modern radiation oncology procedures.
He established Andhra Pradesh’s first cancer pain and palliative care unit, which received international accreditation.

Program Director at IIT Bombay, leading the IITB–Groww INV.ENT program supporting hundreds of founder teams.
Dr Jagadeesh is a healthcare and biotech venture builder with experience spanning research, startup acceleration, investment and founder mentoring. He has previously worked with EIT Health, German Entrepreneurship, FABA and Whale Tank Biocatalyst.
He holds a PhD in Oncology and Cancer Biology from Heidelberg University, with research focused on cancer pain and tumour–nerve interactions, and has spent years mentoring healthcare and life-science startups across India and Europe.
